The Thousand Islands Spirits are the team to beat. Our coaches are committed to being the #1 team in the NABLL, and we are on the lookout for players who will help us get there. 

 

In our first season of 2023 we were able to do some amazing things winning the Upstate Championship and finishing 2nd in the country after losing in the NABLL National Championship game.  We followed it up with an incredible run in 2024 but came up short in the National Championship Semi Finals finishing 4th in the country.
