The Thousand Islands Spirits are off to ODGENSBURG, NY this summer!   We remain the team to beat in the Upstate Division of the NABLL. We are committed to being the #1 team in the country, and we are always on the lookout for players and people who will help us get there. 

 

In our first season of 2023 we were able to do some amazing things winning the Upstate Championship and finishing 2nd in the country after losing in the NABLL National Championship game.  We followed it up with a 2nd and 3rd Upstate Championship in 2024 and 2025.   We had 2 more incredible runs but came up short in the National Championship Semi Finals both years to finish 4th in the country.

This year we add a JUNIORS team, Ages 16-22 have the opportunity to get help, learn, and grow from one of the elite programs in the country.
